Technique

1. Collect 3-5ml of patient’s blood by disposable needle and syringe.
2. Open slip cap of Bottle and Transfer patient’s blood from syringe
3. Incubate bottle at 30-35⁰C within 4-6h
4. Coat BHI broth on surface of BHI agar. DON’T SHAKE bottles more.
5. Re-incubate bottle at 35⁰C ± 2 within 18-24h or more if necessary.

Cách dùng

1. Dùng bơm tiêm vô trùng lấy 3-5ml máu của bệnh
2. Mở nắp bật của chai cấy máu và chuyển mẫu vào pha lỏng của chai cấy máu
3. Ủ mẫu ở 30-35⁰C trong vòng 4-6h
4. Cấy phủ nhẹ BHI broth lên bề mặt của BHI agar. KHÔNG LẮC MẠNH CHAI
5. Tiếp tục ủ chai nuôi cấy ở 35⁰C ± 2 trong vòng 18-24h hoặc lâu hơn nếu cần
