Preparation
# Dissolve 54g in 1000ml of distilled water (purified water)
# Heat and frequent stirring to completely dissolve the medium
# Heat with frequent stirring until boiling (DO NOT AUTOCLAVE)
# Cool to 45-50°C, mix well and dispense into appropriate sterile containers

Storage
Store the dehydrated medium tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature and use before the expiry date on the label.
