Preparation

# For MYP Medium: Fill 1 vial supplement into 450ml of sterile MYP medium and 50ml of Egg Yolk Emulsion at 45-500C. Mix and dispense into sterile containers.

# For PEMBA Medium: Fill 1 vial supplement into 475ml of sterile PEMBA medium and 25ml of Egg Yolk Emulsion at 45-500C. Mix and dispense into sterile containers.

# For TSC Medium: Fill 1 vial supplement into 450ml of sterile TSC medium and 50ml of Egg Yolk Emulsion at 45-500C. Mix and dispense into sterile containers.

Storage

Store the Supplement in dry place at 2-80C and use before the expiry date on the label.
