Preparation

# Dissolve 60g in 1000ml of distilled water (purified water)

# Heat and frequent stirring to completely dissolve the medium

# Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes

# Cool to 45-50°C, add 2 vials ChromoGel Strep B Supplements

# Mix well and dispense into appropriate sterile containers

 Quality Control acc. to ISO 11133

• Productivity control at 37 ± 2ºC / 18-24H

Chuẩn bị

# Hòa tan 60g trong 1000ml nước cất (hoặc nước đã lọc)

# Gia nhiệt và khuấy thường xuyên để môi trường hòa tan hoàn toàn

# Khử trùng ở 121° C trong 15 phút

# Làm mát đến 45-50° C, thêm 2 lọ ChromoGel Strep B supplements

# Lắc đều và rót vào các dụng cụ chứa vô trùng thích hợp

Đánh giá chất lượng theo ISO 11133

• Đánh giá hiệu năng ở 37 ± 2ºC / 18-24H
