Base dehydrated culture medium with peptone selective (keep-fresh blood) use with sterile blood for the preparation of blood agar plates to detection hemolytic reaction of streptococcus and other bacteria

Preparation
# Dissolve 40g in 1000ml of distilled water (purified water)
# Heat and frequent stirring to completely dissolve the medium
# Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
# Cool to 45-50°C, add 50-100ml sheep blood or horse blood
# Mix well and dispense into appropriate sterile containers

Storage

Môi trường bột đông khô cơ bản với peptone chọn lọc (giữ máu tươi và bền màu) bổ sung máu vô trùng để pha chế các đĩa thạch máu nhằm kiểm tra sự tan huyết của Streptococcus và các loại vi khuẩn khác.

Chuẩn bị
# Hòa tan 40g trong 1000ml nước cất (hoặc nước đã lọc)
# Gia nhiệt và khuấy thường xuyên để môi trường hòa tan hoàn toàn
# Khử trùng ở 121° C trong 15 phút
# Làm mát đến 45-50° C, thêm 50-100ml máu cừu hoặc máu ngựa
# Lắc đều và rót vào các dụng cụ chứa vô trùng thích hợp
